Crust Ingredients
- 10 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c butter (melted)
Directions
- Mix ingredients, press into spring form pan.
Cake Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
Directions
- beat cream cheese in mixer
- add eggs and sugar, mix thoroughly
- pour over graham cracker crust in spring form pan.
- Bake a 350°F for 30 minutes.
- cool on rack for 15 minutes
Topping Ingredients
- 1/4 c sugar
- 16 oz sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 475°F.
- mix sugar and sour cream.
- pour over cooled cheese cake.
- bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden in spots.
- cool then cover and refrigerate until an hour before service.
