Crust Ingredients

  • 10 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c butter (melted)

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients, press into spring form pan.

Cake Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar

Directions

  1. beat cream cheese in mixer
  2. add eggs and sugar, mix thoroughly
  3. pour over graham cracker crust in spring form pan.
  4. Bake a 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. cool on rack for 15 minutes

Topping Ingredients

  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 16 oz sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. mix sugar and sour cream.
  3. pour over cooled cheese cake.
  4. bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden in spots.
  5. cool then cover and refrigerate until an hour before service.
