Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 c water
- 1/3c salt
- 1 tbsp vegatable oil
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- food coloring
Directions
- mix ingredients together in a pan
- cook stirring over low/medium until the mixture is thickened and gathers around the spatula and the temperature exceeds 160 °F
- Remove dough to non-stick surface to cool.
