Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook orzo till al dente.
  2. Drain orzo and transfer to a medium bowl.
  3. Add fresh herbs.
  4. Add butter.
  5. Add lemon juice.
  6. Toss to combine.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
